This is my third time using Dale‘s skills to fix my electrical problems. The first time he installed the electrical for hot tub. He showed up when he said he would and he charged the amount in the estimate.
The second time was when I wanted to move the hot tub four weeks after installing it. Dale came right back out and extended the electrical so I could have a good view from my hot tub.
The third time, we were having problems with our lights in our kitchen and breakfast area. We called him at 6 PM and he actually answered the phone (I really think he needs some boundaries - lol). He talked through the problem with my husband, had some initial thoughts on the repair and figured that he could squeeze us in the next day. The next day, he was there. He found a faulty splice and fixed it very quickly. Initially, he thought there might be a problem with the actual lights. He brought lights in case they needed to be replaced. It turned out it was not the lights. He did not make us buy them. I really appreciated that. He ended up charging us the cost of a service call. If you need an electrician, I really recommend Dale Olker!
